First came Twinkle
Bunny boy Lynch
Without equal
The strongest pinch!
A rabbit who
—True black and white
And rain-soaked too—
Was not polite!
Then came FlaggieBunny boy Lynch
Without equal
The strongest pinch!
A rabbit who
—True black and white
And rain-soaked too—
Was not polite!
Not very big
Missed food badly
Poor guinea pig!
Next came Milo
And Wattle who
—With itchy toe—
We lost you too!
Little Milo
Helped by a male
One day solo
New little tail!
Born Billybong
So cute and grey
Mum and baby
Such a cruel fate!
So came Snowflake
And Snowy too
Who caught the wake
Of dreadful flu!
Snowflake alive
Through thick and thin
Still she survives
So we begin!
Snowflake the famed
White Mist became
For Isaac claimed
His right to name!
Now White Mist is
Most often hugged
Of all bunnies
That we have snugged!
With not much room
To race about
Too hard to zoom
She flops it out!
All day munching
Scraps from the bin
Hides her bulging
Under the chin!
Big rabbit feet
To bounce and bound
Slumbers so deep
Strewn all around!
Wakes so slowly
Barely hears
Belated-ly
Little boy peers!
Jumps with a start
Thuds on the ground
One hungry heart
A big thump sound!
Give me some food
Carrots or grass
Don’t be so rude
And lots to last!
Velvety ears
Flopsies so low
Searching her rears
Follows her nose!
Nibble and munch
Burrow and scratch
Curl up and hunch
Not hard to catch!
Light ruby eyes
Beautiful fur
Easily tires
Gosh we love her!
So soft and scruff
So shy and white
Not oft enough
We hold her tight!
