No The in Beginning

The Beginning did not occur;

nor is it Written within the Word—
that there is no the “In Beginning”
means God began with His Own Being.

In beginning that which was missing,

God began “the heavens”, as it is written—
and in Doing that which He started,
He Did, “and the earth” became parted.

“Spirit of God”,

in beginning to Move—
in beginning to Breathe;
in beginning to Speak—

He Began what Is;
His Own and Due—
and in beginning to Do,
God gave forth His Being.

In Being, He Walked—

and in so Doing, began being;
in beginning to Do,
He began Seeing:

“God says”, and “God sees”,
and it “is” and it “be”—
and He sees “that good”;
what He sees is “the good”.

It is His Work, and it Works

by His Being; by His Making—
it is from Him; it is in Him—
and it is by Him Being that it is.

And between that—

which is the good—
and that which is not,
by His very Act of creation,

“God separates”;
there is separation:
between what is not
and that which
“God created”.

God says, “Light be”,

and “light is”,
because He does
that which is light;
it is He Himself Doing
that which will “let” there be—
Being is God Making;
it is Him Creating.

“And God separates between

the light and the darkness”;
between that which He, imbuing,
is Giving forth from Himself,
and that which is absent,
which, missing, is not Sent.

Why ashamed, it is written;

do we clothe this skin
in what’s not written?—
it is filling we hide in
from these naked lines,

which Walk with the Sound—
in the cool of this Day—
of the Voice that goes out
into all of the earth,
without speech and words:

Their lines have gone forth

to the end of the world,
bringing forth things of old,
that we have heard and known,

saying:
“Eternal, unchangeable,
invisible, incorruptible;
the only wise God,
in beginning, appearing;
in His glory and in His power—
known in His Being;
seen in things being.”
